Strategically located between Richmond and Washington DC, Airlee-95 offers immediate access to Interstate 95 and is under two hours from the Port of Virginia, the East Coast’s third-largest and most efficient port per the Container Port Performance Index (CPPI). This prime location ensures connectivity to major East Coast markets from Miami to Canada, and is a 1-day drive to 55% of the US population.
First building will be 1,450,000 SF and one of the largest available buildings in Virginia. Deliver is expected mid-2027. The second building is 500,000 SF to be started upon completion of the first building in the park.
